| UPS ReturnsSM Custom is a new set of options available under the UPS ReturnsSM suite of services. UPS ReturnsSM Custom offers the following service options: |

- "Contracts" allows you to request that documents that require the consignee’s signature at point-of-delivery are returned to you. This option meets your need for the safe and reliable return of executable documents such as contracts and sales agreements.
- "Repairs” offers you an easy way of collecting and returning merchandise, without having to provide packaging. This option streamlines the return of merchandise directly to the repair center and back to the end customer.
