This coverage is included in the transportation rates for all Next Day Air shipments for Stewart Title and Preferred Agents only. Flexible Parcel Insurance Coverage - Time-in-transit liability is accepted for up to two thousand dollars ($2,000) per package when the following conditions are met:
- Coverage applies to any Next Day Air and Next Day Saver shipment, excluding Next Day Air Hundredweight for both commercial and residential destinations.
- Coverage applies only to residential shipments only if Customer specifies Signature Required for delivery.
- Packages must be delivered one or more delivery days after the scheduled delivery date (excludes weekends and holidays)
- The UPS Service Guarantee terms and conditions in force at the time of shipment.
- Time-in-Transit liability does not apply to UPS Next Day Air packages scheduled for delivery between December 12 and December 25.
